FCC Paragon offer a free trial of their innovative Remote Referencing

FCC Paragon is offering all their new and existing agents a free trial of their state of the art Remote Referencing product*. Remote Referencing is designed to help save letting agents time and resource by allowing tenants to complete their own application form online, remotely at their convenience. This service also cuts down on the number of rejected applications as the online form captures all information required meaning applications can be processed immediately.
 
The straightforward process entails the agent submitting property information i.e. address, rent etc and then adding the applicants e-mail address. The applicant then receives an e-mail containing a unique passcode which allows them to log on to the form anytime, anywhere and complete their details. The agent can also opt to be sent a copy of the application prior to FCC Paragon receiving it meaning they keep complete control of the process.
