Paragon Advance, a provider of products and services to the lettings industry, has launched a new website for the tenant referencing arm of their business, FCC Paragon, www.fccparagon.com.

Aimed specifically at lettings agents and landlords, the redesigned site has been simplified to make it more vibrant in appearance, giving an informative view of FCC Paragon’s services in a clean and no nonsense format, making it easy to obtain help and information on all aspects of their portfolio.

Bryn Cole, Managing Director for parent company Paragon Advance, comments, ‘The new site is the result of a process which included analysis of what our customers are looking for and want to know about. Results showed that agents and landlords wanted a one stop shop, so that is what we are aiming for. We are extremely diverse in the services we offer which include tenant referencing, insurance, rent warranties, debt recovery and eviction services and we needed to increase awareness of our services in an instructive and useful manner.  Our primary objective is to fulfil any requirements our customers may have and we are confident this new site will deliver.’

As well as detailed information on the services mentioned above, the FCC Paragon website also includes an extensive database of their approved lettings agents and more information on services offered by their sister companies, Paragon Advance, Advance FS who specialise in mortgages and finance, Paragon IP who specialise in sourcing investment opportunities and Paragon Advance España who offers tenant referencing and rent warranty in Spain.

The new site is part of an integrated communications plan for Paragon Advance who are currently working on the redevelopment of a further site, due to be launched later in the year, which aims to extend the reach of their services to not only property professionals, but also members of the general public who have an interest in the lettings industry.
